3/15/2024 0 Comments Milo apartments redmond![]() At 9:15pm my husband finds the "guest" and bad guest trying to get into our building (we have a keypad lock). I tell her that I looked in the drawer after they left and did not see any cash. At 8:15pm a "guest" of the bad guest calls me tells me that she left cash in a drawer of the apartment. My husband and I inspected the apartment, cleaned, and new guests checked in. The remaining guests left 15 minutes after the checkout time the next morning. On a side note, I direct messaged airbnbhelp letting them know about the extra guests and got response within 20 minutes. Only later did I learn that she worked at airbnb and probably some of the vistors did too. ![]() I asked to speak with the guest and told her that the extra people had to leave or I would contact airbnb. At 2:20am the second night I heard voices in the backyard and went down to the apartment to find at least 9 people. The morning after the first night we saw at least 9 people leave the apartment even though there were only supposed to be 4 guests. The guest booked (she had good reviews) for a friend get together. I would appreciate any ideas on how to respond to this accusation. The worst part of all is that the guest is an employee of airbnb.
